1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and Deen Tunes ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and purchase of our digital educational printable workbooks, activity sheets, and e-books.

By purchasing any digital product (such as our My First Arabic Adventure workbook for ₹199) or accessing our digital materials, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

2 Digital Products & Instant Delivery

All educational materials sold on Deen Tunes are strictly digital products provided in printable Portable Document Format (.PDF). Please carefully note:

• No Physical Delivery: No physical book, bound paper, CD, or merchandise will be shipped to your postal address.
• Instant Download Access: Upon verified payment through Razorpay, a time-limited cryptographically signed download token is generated, allowing immediate download and streaming of your PDF.
• Email Confirmation: A transaction confirmation and order reference are sent to the email provided at checkout.

3 Pricing, Currency & Payments

All prices on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All original illustrations, Arabic calligraphy compositions, character artwork, graphic layouts, workbook text, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Deen Tunes and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, distribution, or plagiarism will be subject to civil and criminal legal action.

5 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products are educational and creative resources designed to enrich children’s understanding and love of Islamic learning. They are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied guarantees regarding specific developmental or academic outcomes.

To the full extent permitted by Indian law, Deen Tunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or technical incompatibilities of your personal printing equipment. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid by you for the digital product (e.g., ₹199).

6 Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
