1 Nature of Our Digital Products
At Deen Tunes, all products offered for purchase (including our 148-page My First Arabic Adventure workbook priced at ₹199) are intangible digital goods delivered as downloadable, printable PDF documents.
Upon successful completion of payment via Razorpay, your order is automatically verified and a temporary, cryptographically signed download token is provided for instant access. No physical parcel or merchandise is dispatched.
General Policy on Digital Downloads
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, once a digital file has been purchased and download access has been granted, we generally do not provide refunds, returns, or order cancellations. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be recalled once delivered.
2 When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
We want every family to have complete peace of mind. We provide 100% full refunds under the following valid circumstances:
A. Duplicate or Accidental Double Charges
If a banking network interruption or technical glitch causes your card or UPI account to be debited more than once for the same order, we will verify the duplicate transaction and refund 100% of the duplicate amount immediately.
B. Permanent Delivery or File Failure
If your payment succeeds but you are unable to download the PDF file due to a verified server error, and our support team cannot manually deliver the complete, working PDF to your verified email within 48 hours of your report, a 100% refund will be granted.
3 Cancellation Policy
Because our system immediately and automatically triggers digital fulfillment and download token issuance upon payment approval, orders cannot be cancelled or retracted once payment processing is completed.
4 How to Request Assistance or a Refund
If you meet one of the refund conditions or encounter any technical trouble accessing your file, please email us within 48 hours of transaction with:
- Your Full Name and Email Address entered during checkout

pay_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) - Screenshot or receipt of the duplicate debit (in case of double payment)
5 Refund Processing & Banking Timelines
Once your refund request is reviewed and validated by our support team:
- Approval Time: Within 24–48 business hours.
- Payment Reversal: Initiated directly via Razorpay back to your original payment mode (UPI ID, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking).
- Bank Reflection: Usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank’s clearing schedule.
